While we as a steering council can identify areas of improvement, it is important to hear from our community about what we should improve.

To complete this card, we should

• Decide what we want to know about our community or what we want to know from them
• Design a method of outreach that gives us the best opportunity to connect with our community (format, platform...)
• Design the content of this outreach and review with known active community members to get feedback
• Refine the outreach approach in light of feedback
• Run the outreach approach
• Review what we learn from the community
• Communicate back to the community about what we want to action from their feedback
