Phase 1 - Update OpenStreetMap data for Nature Park

Phase 2 - Develop webmap

For Phase 1 We could either set up a mapping party to update the OSM data all at once or just assign tasks via issues on the repo and do it remotely over an extended period of time. We could also combine a mapping / hacking party so that development for both Phase 1 and Phase 2 are occurring during the same event.
