After https://gerrit.openbmc-project.xyz/36528/ was introduced, it seems like our machines are getting:

busctl[8499]: Failed to get property OperatingSystemState on interface xyz.openbmc_project.State.OperatingSystem.Status: The name is not activatable
busctl[8502]: Failed to get property CurrentPowerState on interface xyz.openbmc_project.State.Chassis: The name is not activatable

We do have our own power-config-host0.json that we override with, which we updated to match the new format (although we are missing some of the buttons / GPIO lines, and we don't have the timing_configs). I initially commented on the gerrit change itself (https://gerrit.openbmc-project.xyz/36528/) on what I thought may be the root cause, but changing them and applying them as local patches showed that the regression was still there.
