Test Non SSL Connection To Port 80 fail

When testing openbmc via openbmc-test-automation, I encountered the following error.

Then I found a commit that changed the expected error form 'ConnectionError' to 'ConnectTimeoutError'.

The test can pass before the commit is joined. I don't understand why we need to change this expectation error, is there anything that openbmc needs to change to match this commit?
