Add a systemd unit file for the daemon artifact

OpenBMC aims to migrate unit files away from sitting alongside the bitbake recipes and into the repositories whose artifacts they manage. Add a systemd unit file and enable configuration of the daemon using mechanisms outside the unit file so the platform configuration can be done appropriately by any platform-specific bbappends without specifying the unit file (unless absolutely necessary).
