Description

Assignment success of 'B' Office as Parent Office created after the creation of 'C' office.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create two offices, w/ dates maybe a day after: https://demo.mifos.community/#/organization/offices. Ex: Office B and Office C. Here, Office B, i.e., the parent office is created after Office C. Non-existent.
2. Assign Office B as Parent Offices of Office C.
3. Assignment Successful.

Expected Behaviour

1. Should error as Parent offices do not exist on the date.
2. or something else?

Actual Behaviour

1. Assignment successful.
