Submit button disabled even w/ basic required fields while creating [Manage Data Tables: Create].

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create Data table: https://demo.mifos.community/#/system/data-tables/create.
2. Enter table name and Entity type.
3. Submit button remains disabled.

Expected Behaviour

1. Either an error message or submit button enabled.

Actual Behaviour

1. No error message or submit button enables.

Hi i am new to open source contribution can you assign me this task so that i can check the validation of the submit button and make some changes like either show the error or get enable when the form is valid.

In this specific case, Datatable for a Client entity is required a Subtype for the entity, for example If this datatable will be for Entity Clients or Person Client
