Extracting message type from #751 (comment)

type - Application-specific message type, e.g. "orders.created"
Content type and Content encoding - e.g. "application/json" and "gzip". Used by applications, not core RabbitMQ

messaging.message.schema.id|format|type - appears in JMS Rabbit, Kafka Avro level, IBM MQ
