GitHub Markdown supports LaTeX syntax, written as text between $ (for inline formulas) and $$ (for block formulas).

Current spellcheck configuration, part of Spellcheck GitHub Action doesn't consider LaTeX syntax. This results in linter warnings for LaTeX keywords (such as frac, cdot, sqrt).

Update the spellcheck configuration to disable spellchecking inside LaTeX blocks.
