Notifications not working when ever I get a text or call this happens with apps such as my security cameras and games as well.

Might I add this is happening even if no tweaks are installed

What device / iOS version? Please check Settings -> Privacy -> Analytics -> Analyicts Data for anything suspicious, I remember in Fugu15 Max there was a Jetsam problem that caused this issue.

It’s on a iPhone 14 pro max running ios 16.0.2 I’ll check analytics

So after reviewing the analytics it appears to have multiple jetsam logs on file for multiple applications not sure how to correct this issue they are labeled as jetsam events

The easiest thing to do is probably to produce a sysdiagnose https://it-training.apple.com/tutorials/support/sup075 and send it to me via email: [email protected]. This can be done on device, after you produced the sysdiagnose it will appear in the Analytics Data, from there you can share it to send it to me.

I have the same problem, sometimes I don't get notifications from Signal until I open the app.
