[Bug]: Antistasi's static weapon center of mass offset often makes them immune to explosions #3298

It seems that Arma uses the center of mass of an object to calculate whether it's affected by explosions. For static weapons, Antistasi lowers the center of mass by 1m, and this often prevents both the weapon and crew taking damage from nearby explosions.

I assume the center of mass adjustment exists for a reason, although it might be aggravated by poor MG placement accuracy in milBuildings, or janky mortars (RHS Podnos). We'd need to check that changing it doesn't make AI mortars unusable, or cause static MGs to fall over in some building positions.

focus on the MGs, the mortars can be substituted for better mortars (ie RHS m252)
