Problem

Default barge configuration forced app to connect remotely, rather than a local barge/ganache setup

Solution

Barge is a local configuration that runs a local subgraph.
The default configuration should be to connect to a localhost subgraph, not remote.

DoD

  • Configuring pdr-web and pdr-websockets to "barge" should force a local network setup, not a remote setup based on development.oceandao.org
