The Release Manager (or proxy) creates a project board for the release with all tasks in the O3DE Repository.

Refer to the project board and tasks from previous releases, then manually create tasks in your new release 1-by-1 based on the previous release's tasks.

Also, reference the feedback document from the prior release to see if anything needs to be added based on prior release feedback: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1jvPxKBBQTSfkS3jg570jZ9snFaQUUyAtUQu9SBwC1Xc/edit#gid=0

@Ulrick28 (cc @RoddieKieley) All release tasks have been added for 22.10.0 Release. Please review and let me know if anything needs to be removed based on the condensed process.
