After reading the release notes for v0.3.0 I'm not sure how I can create a ephemeral topic and could not find any reference to it in the documentation.
Any links to this would be useful - thanks!

@dublx thanks for pointing this out.

Now that I look at it, there's not even obvious documentation for #ephemeral channels. I'll update accordingly.

started with c09c727 - at least they're mentioned now...

what we really need is an actual "feature reference" that you can skim, rather than these blog-form posts that you need to really dig into.
