You are too fast for me - I am currently creating issues for all the methods that were implemented in the base pipelines, this is one that we would only have to adapt from scFlow.
The way I imagine this is to have multiple alternatives for various tasks. You probably know a lot more useful packages than I do, feel free to add them to the corresponding overview issues (#3 in this case)
