Description of feature

Using an entire process for samplesheet parsing is a bit wasteful, especially with a GPU heavy pipeline like this. We should switch to using nf-validation/nf-schema.

This is already implemented in dev e.g. for the Alphafold workflow here. Anyhow, I would suggest to only run the processes requiring GPUs on it and not the whole pipeline, if possible.
