[Bug]: 3.14.1 file details panel icons misaligned

Bug description

The buttons for Create a new share link and Copy share link location are misaligned and the + icon is not centered, (maybe just due to the button misalignment).

Steps to reproduce

1. Click menubar icon to open sync list
2. click ... button to open file details panel

Expected behavior

Aligned buttons.
