Describe the story, please be clear on scope of the story.

Support disabling of AI Monitoring at the account level, based on the emerging design/implementation.

Acceptance Criteria

  • AIM is disabled regardless of local settings.
  • Server setting only returned when ai_monitoring.enabled is sent to NR (confirmed manually).
  • Tests

Dependencies

  • Dependencies on UI: Requires some UI bits for changing setting (feature flag)
  • Dependencies on Backend: Required changes have been made to send the json
  • Dependencies on Accounts: Will need an account with flag set for testing, currently using APM Services account (okay in short/medium term)
