A customer using Distributed Tracing with a recent .NET Agent build that has Kafka auto-instrumentation is repeatedly seeing this error in their application logs:

System.ArgumentException: An item with the same key has already been added. Key: newrelic

Kafka is on the call stack but not our Agent. The .NET Agent logs report no error.
