I'm confused. How is that supposed to be used?

Right now we can take a public key from the committee and look up additional information (such as name, website etc) using the CommitteeInfoContract. How does a general contract information storage going to help there?

I think it'd be nice to have all "official" (NGD/NF) public contracts available from one place (with mainnet/testnet hashes explicitly mentioned in READMEs). As is in their current state. If needed, they can improved/extended here.
