Incorporate elements of the 2nd edition of Soil Taxonomy in /ST/ folder

Existing parsing routines for the Keys (12th/13th) should be similar and should be able to be generalized to capture elements that are in the 2nd edition and not in the Keys.

• Diagnostic Horizons and Characteristics
  • Genesis, Significance to Soil Classification (and Use), Identification, Special Problems, Appearance in an * Climate, Distinctions between X and Y Horizons/Soil Materials, Morphology, Soil Moisture/Temperature regimes and subsections
• Photographs and graphics (RE: Tracking of media associated with pdftohtml #1)
• "Description of Subgroups" sections from Order level chapters
