Required firewall rules for SRA toolkit

I would like to download data from SRA via the SRA toolkit and I need to set the required firewall rules. However, the information on this page seems to be outdated and data is also downloaded from e.g. AWS S3 buckets.

Could you help me to set up the required firewall rules?
