Paintbrush tool creates a "bullseye" to show where color will appear, but color does not fill full up to border of bullseye, leaving gap which makes it difficult for user to accurately line up border with area that needs painting.

Brush size can be adjusted to a level which outsizes the viewer, which resullts in maximum painting of that viewer screen but looks odd.

Recommendation

This may have been a bug, when I went back to capture it, the issue had resolved. Not sure how to recreate, if its relative to bullseyes and/or image zoom.

Constrain bullseye when its brush size meets max size relative to viewer.
