when the app is reset (whole settings and data) the list item sequence doesn't refresh it goes on with the previous sequence.

I believe this is not a bug. It's starting from 27th recording because already there are 26 audio files that exist on the phone (like "My Recording_26") but not on the app. If we start from 1 again then the previous file with the name "My Recording_1" (which was there before clearing the data) would be overwritten which might be a problem for the user.
