if dataType == 'html' or dataType == 'rtf':

I think this is a problem in s3270 program too but in documentation are example of how to do it and this is diffrent way than in code.

Information from documentation of s3270 program:
PrintText()_action

Examples below:
Capture a plain text screen snapshot in a file.
PrintText(file,/tmp/snapshot.txt)

Capture an HTML screen snapshot in a file.
PrintText(file,/tmp/snapshot.html)
