No error is displayed for SP if it's turned on but there is no internet connection

Affected versions:

• unsigned v16 build

Steps to reproduce

1. Install SP and turn it on.
2. Disconnect from the internet.

Expected result

• An error is displayed informing the user that SP has been stopped or does not have an internet connection.

Actual result:

• SP continues running uninterrupted.

Notes:

• If "Auto-Start Passes" is set to on in settings SP remains stuck at 00:00 after the pass has expired.

• If "Auto-Start Passes" is set to off in settings SP changes to an off state after the pass has expired.

• If the desired effect is for SP to remain enabled if "Auto-Start Passes" is enabled in settings, after the pass time has expired SP should be turned off and a notification displayed informing the user about this, leaving the user to decide if he wants to use another pass after he reconnects to the internet.
