Change location of event observer code #26

Currently, the event observer code of this plugin is located in a location which is not autoloaded.

It would be worthwhile to change the location to a autoloaded class, similar to how it's done in https://github.com/moodleuulm/moodle-local_boostnavigation/blob/master/db/events.php / https://github.com/moodleuulm/moodle-local_boostnavigation/blob/master/classes/eventobservers.php
