Remove Monarch-KG search bar from homepage

Directors would like the Monarch-KG search bar removed from the mi.org landing page since it is only searching the KG and not all Monarch products.

The concern from the tech team is removing the search bar now will cause confusion with our users when they come to the site to search for a disease page, for example. The initial thought may be to click on the Mondo icon, when really they need to explore the graph to find a disease page.

Therefore, this can be done, but not until the Monarch-app (i.e. KG explorer) is removed from the mi.org site. This will be addressed in ticket #776
Once this happens, mi.org will be focused on ALL products in the monarch umbrella and will solve this issue.

Another option of note is to embed the search bar into the top ribbon similar to how it shows up on other pages of the site.

Partial fix, Update: the search bar has been embedded in the top ribbon of the homepage as of the September 17, 2024 release.
