Change tab focus order for wikifields #81

When tabbing into a wikifield, the formatting buttons are selected first. It would be nice if the field itself was selected first and then the formatting stuff afterwards.

Not sure if this is possible but it would make navigation to those fields a lot easier, if the formatting buttons aren't hidden.
