Please confirm the following.

I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Chrome (including Arc, Brave, Opera, Vivaldi)

Describe the bug

No response

Steps to reproduce

Upload a new version to a project
Put a .mrpack in the files
Click + Create
The green bar at the top moves but nothing happens

Expected behavior

The version is uploaded

Additional context

There is no error in the logs
The uploaded file is 192.37 MB
It's the first version uploaded to the project
