In the metadata display, the help text for the 4th tab actually appears in mouseover of the third tab. That text needs to be moved to the fourth tab and new text created for the third tab, e.g.

These metadata attributes describe the original source content from which this submission was created. 
These are especially important if the source vocabulary has significantly different metadata or data 
than the vocabulary served by this repository.
