give option to output frames during rewind/merge #914

Currently when the --rewind-count option is activated, no frames are output. Let's have an opinion that enables/disables it, such as:

dvrescue device://0x1234 --merge-output-rewindcount -m - --merge-ignore-rewindcount -m recording.dv
