The YouTube feed is set to be fetched via proxy, but perhaps the fetch watch time processor did not fetch via the proxy.

Additionally, Should all the icons have a transparent background to match the dark theme of the browser?

I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you mean. You need to provide more context. Is it a duplicate of #2807?

No, I set the value of HTTP_CLIENT_PROXY and set the YouTube feed to be fetched via proxy. I can get the feed, but the watch time processor can't reach the YouTube website directly; it also needs to fetch via proxy too.
