Describe the request

We are using the Master Data Management functionality and have synchronized the Item Reference table. The synchronization fails because the primary key of the table has 6 fields, and the RenameDestination function of codeunit 7237 MasterDataMgt.Subscribers handles the renaming of the primary key up to 5 fields.

Additional context

Since this is a table from the Base Application, is it possible to manage tables with 6 fields in the primary key or have an event available to bypass the error?
