[Crash]: Opening inventory causes game to crash (Game Version 1.21, Forge v51.0.8)

Steps to Reproduce the Crash

1. Install JEI
2. Join Solo World or Public Server
3. Open inventory
4. Hover cursor over literally anything in the JEI menu

I'm using CurseForge to run the game, and only have 2 other mods installed; Xaero's Minimap & World Map. Tried running the game without them enabled and only keeping JEI, but it still crashes.

Thanks for the report!
JEI for 1.21.x requires Forge version 51.0.31 or higher.
I am not sure why Forge is not checking this version requirement, it should be giving you an error that asks you to update Forge to a newer version. Please report this issue to them and link back here.
