Feature

Some users report confusion/concern about not knowing how much upload and deployment costs, especially if those steps initially fail. Estimating fees for at least deploy should be fairly straight-forward and a nice value-add for the user.

Ideal solution or implementation

upload and deploy commands should estimate fees and inform the user during those steps.
