devtools::build_readme() fails because test_file() can't be found #10

Can't reproduce with reprex:: Here's a screenshot of the error message, seems like problem in one of the tests.

@egouldo There shouldnt be a test-aggregate-cs.R script?! 😅 Where did that come from? Double check which aggreCAT directory/repo you are in - coz I have been forgetting to switch since launch.

thanks! just realised it's looking at old files in `./resources/ for some reason.

  • clean ./resources/ of files we don't need in public release repo
