A range of updates the attestations standard that need to get implemented in order to reflect updates in DAOIP-2, as well as clarifying elements for #170 and #99 .

  • check and possibly change context order; daostar is more specific and should probably be second in the context list
  • https://www.daostar.org or https://daostar.org? check daoip-2
  • clarify process for adding new attestation types (basically, they should publish a new DAOIP)
  • add new adoption pathway for publishing daoURI
  • add indexing priority for new adoption pathway, add to rationale
  • study the VC "refreshService" field, decide whether it means we can replace the "attestationURI" field

Noting a comment from @frm: We need to update the Attestation Issuer endpoint in DAOIP-3 to also include any EAS schemas an issuer might own.

Not sure if the schema itself needs to change or if it can simply be a recommendation with an example.

This was an entire thread in conjunction with updates / initial release of the regulatory standard that is way delayed. On my plate.
