Adds a new recipe showcasing how to use Llama for automating data analytics and reporting tasks on an open-source repo.

are we going to keep the groq implementation here or favoring a local deployment?

We're keeping both here so users have the option of using a local deploy or via a model service. For the example I'm defaulting to groq because it's one less step to get started.
