3. Clone this project

For a new user to get cloning to work is hard
I would suggest instead of Clone project to download it
and have info to encourage to place it later at GitHub so others can takeover if you do not want to continue the work.

1. Download Unity

Also as long as unity hub is installed you dont need to look at the file it will want to launch with that version and if not installed give popup to install it
