With same DB, v102 lets me edit a cell, v103 gives an error #73

I have a very basic DB, nuget on my application is 5.0.15, with Upgrade = true specified.

If I try to edit the DB with V102 works, V103 gives an error.

I've seen the above error but I also get the error shown below when editing a value...
