single_agent is in constants.json in the constants directory (or constants-grid.json if running random or grid search). As for the error that might mean your traci installation is messed up. Have you gotten traci to work on your own outside of this repo?

My sumo version is 1.6.0 and which version do you update?
In my pycharm, it shows the envrioment.py reset can not connect?
