According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_tz_database_time_zones#References , Antarctica/Casey should be UTC+8:00
however, TZConvert.GetTimeZoneInfo("Antarctica/Casey") returns (UTC+11:00) Solomon Is., New Caledonia for me.

Actually - It's probably wikipedia that's wrong or it is a grey area I guess... Downloading data about this from iana.org suggests that it flips around between time offsets whenever it decides to.
