While running my Matsim, I get this error. How can I solve the issue?

Please provide error messages in text form. Usually, code and error messages, are wrapped in three back ticks, so that they appear as code.

You are trying to load a dependency with version 0.0.1-SNAPSHOT. Usually, we don't have such a version in our dependency repo. Try using a proper version like 15.0, or the most recent matsim version 2024.0. From the screenshot it is pretty difficult to tell, what you are trying to do. It would be helpful, if you could provide a link to your pom.xml, or to your entire repository
