[FR]: Unable to use a website's CloudFlare human verification when "Open articles via their URL automatically" is selected on that feed

Brief description of the issue

When "Open articles via their URL automatically" is selected, the feed will attempt to load, but CloudFlare's protections won't allow verification. The website I'm trying to access ( iptorrents.com ) requires you to interact with the "Verify you are human" checkbox before getting to the login page, and requires login before accessing the rest of the site. When I check the box, it eventually reloads the page, and allows no further access.

How to reproduce the bug?

1. Add an RSS feed that contains a URL link to iptorrents.com or other sites fully protected by CloudFlare Human Verification.
2. Click the checkbox, and attempt to access the site.

What was the expected result?

After clicking the checkbox, I'd expect to be forwarded to https://iptorrents.com/login just like I would in a browser, then log in, then have that login persist at least until I close and reopen RSS Guard, if not longer depending on the properties of the cookie.

What actually happened?

I went to the Human Verification page, then clicked to verify, then went to the Human Verification page, then clicked to verify, etc. on a loop.

This log is slightly modified to remove identifying information ("tp=xxx" was previously a personally identifiable key, and I removed some database lookups because they're from a Bookmarks feed tied to my account).

This is sadly not supported directly, BUT.

RSS Guard remembers all cookies. So, if you open new browser tab in RSS Guard, login and accept all verifications manually beforehand, THEN try to fetch your feed, it should work and should then work indefinitely, until your session cookies expire etc.

This is not a defect, but feature. RSS Guard is a bit privacy oriented and honestly, those verifications annoy me. This is feature request, not a defect.
