There is currently a gap in how tenure can be classified.

I thought it would be worthwhile considering how ABARES structures this information for Australia.

ABARES: https://www.agriculture.gov.au/abares/aclump/land_tenure_2010-11_2015-16

They have a four-level hierarchy of tenure. Images attached.
