A "promisifyAll" function? #1

Any plans on adding a promisifyAll function?

This could be helpful for updating functions within, for example, NodeJS's "fs" package.

At the moment, I'm using thenify-all (https://github.com/thenables/thenify-all), but some might prefer a Typescript friendly alternative.
