cpu utilisation maxes at 50% (conda?) #890

whisperx --batch_size 64 --device cpu --model large-v3 --language en --compute_type int8

even changing batch size does not cause CPU usage to exceed 50%

I seem to recall seeing 100% usage when running outside conda or in the past, i'm trying to use pythonic whisperx and find the same issue there also
