Year select not working in FF with bootstrap #67

Not sure if this is really a monthpicker issue or Mozilla Firefox issue.

It is not possible to select any option from year select when

monthpicker is inside bootstrap modal and tabIndex and role attributes are set
monthpicker is isnide bootstrap modal without tabIndex and role attributes but with multiple other elements

I have similar issue, when i added bootstrap monthpicker stopped working.
