Allow the templatekit CLI to operate on a Git URL, even a branch

Rather than relying on shell-based users to clone the templates repo, it makes sense if Templatekit could work directly from the remote Git repo, and do the appropriate cloning on behalf of the user.

This is already implemented for the templatebot use case; implementing it for the CLI may just be a matter of refactoring that.
